The method of delivering the course had issues (sound and connection problems), but the course content and instructor were great.

I enjoyed attending this Critical Thinking webinar as it supplemented my ongoing studies and training in this area. My only suggestion is to spend a little more time on the Intellectual Principles (e.g. Intellectual Humility, etc.) as these were very impactful.

I thought the online course was great, very interesting and also interactive, which made it fun. The audio was often distorted for a few seconds but it came back to normal.

Bill was a great instructor. My only complaint would be the technical difficulties we encountered with the feedback on the audio. Unfortunately, such problems are the new normal of delivering classes in the virtual world.

Dissatisfied with technical difficulties. The instructor's audio kept getting distorted so I could not understand what he was saying. Also initial link did not work.

Very interesting course! It is a good a refresher on our thinking and Bill was able pick out the right subjects to look at in our short 8-hour period.
