The training was extremely beneficial and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to develop their sense of judgement and objective reasoning in their profession. This was my first virtual training professionally. I did take university courses online and I would say the formats are comparable. The audio did have its issue but the instructor made sure we heard any information we may have missed.

The only drawback was the technical issues we experienced in the beginning; however, they continued to work on it as best they could.
