While this class was geared towards investigators I had hoped that the topics covered would include patrol. In my agency, patrolmen are the ones who complete most of an investigation. If upon investigation there are still things to look in to, then the case is assigned to a detective. I did learn a lot, but as patrol it will be difficult to use some of the "specialized" topics covered.

New and evolving field - Thank you for all of the work that went into the handout & course material & case studies. 4-On Command of Subject. Field is still growing too fast to be a "5" at this point 4-Quality of location. Tech worked great... Just up against "Virtual Fatigue"

The class had a lot of information and was very informative. But was i feel this was directed more towards deep investigations in sex crimes. Good class but not very practical for everyday investigators. Our department would send most of this to a special investigator or out source it.

I would like to have been provided with copies of search warrants from cases which have already been adjudicated. It would have been nice to see some of the verbiage used. Possibly a template for future SWs. But overall, good job. Thank you.

Interesting course with a lot of information for investigators. Some of it may have been overly technical which would necessitate a more in depth course. More case studies would have been helpful.
