Really did a great job and brought "fixes" to questions raised at end of first day that everyone was allowed to download for use.

The class was very informative and the material was presented in an easy to understand manner. Mr. Druckenmiller was patient and adapted the material to a variety of skill levels. He was patient when participants requested additional information and took the time answer all questions/concerns. He brought in supplemental case materials to demonstrate how more advanced skills can be utilized to solve crimes and forecast crime patterns. Great instructor. I will definitely seek out more Police Technical classes!

It was refreshing to have an instructor who actually wanted to help us solve problems but applying the lessons he was teaching. He took the time to not only find a solution, but also explained why it was the best solution available at this time.

I loved the book provided as well as how the instructor showed and talked us through the course. The data being worked was thorough and allowed for us to actually learn things we could implement within our work routines.
