I have had basic excel courses in college, but this contained a few tips and tricks that I didn't know. I was expecting a full 2 day course as the course registration implied, but was surprised when it only ended up being two half days. It makes me wonder why we didn't just have a single full day of training? Still, I appreciated the things I learned.

Overall training was very good and useful. I recommend that all analyst have this training since we all use spreadsheets to gather our raw data. The only recommendation I have is to have more handouts to practice, even after the class, so we can stay up on the material and practice.

I really enjoyed the class. The instructor clearly cared about everyone getting the most value from the class as possible. He made sure to go in depth with explaining everything and clearly had a large amount of knowledge about the topic.

The instructor answered questions and worked to fulfill individual student's needs, going through examples specific requirements and course expectations. I personally learned some new tools to use within my use of Microsoft within my job duties.

Instructor was great. He made sure everyone was included and touched on topics that the students requested to learn.

Class was very informative however I think there should be a questionnaire before to get a feeling of how this class will affect the students and what their needs are from taking the course. This would benefit the flow of what to teach and focus on during the class

I particularly enjoyed when the instructor asked for specific questions on how to do a task in Excel. He then executed the task in Excel with everyone watching. Also helpful was when the instructor introduced a new concept and walked through the process himself before expecting the class to do it. This gave the class an opportunity to see what the product should look like and then try to recreate, instead of fumbling through it from the beginning.

Instructor did a great job assisting students with individual questions about excel, examples provided were good, pace was perfect since it was a basic course. It gave students the ability to keep up and learn at the same time. I would recommend the instructor and course to others in the future.

Personally, I would prefer to attend this type of course in-person, the instructor was very knowledgeable sharing the ins & outs of excel. At times, I feel that this was too rushed for all the information that was covered.
