Nicole did an excellent job with this training. She was very funny and personable. She was also very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. She was very patient with those that needed a little extra explanation or help. I would definitely recommend this class to others! * This is the second Police Technical course I've taken. A few years ago I took a powerpoint for public safety course in person. I was thoroughly impressed with the trainers and training material both times. Well done!

Mrs. McKendree was an excellent instructor on this topic. She was very knowledgeable! She included each student on examples and had interactive quizzes to test knowledge.

Excellent class for specific uses. I would like in the future a more basic class. I have not used Excel much at all and this was a bit advanced but the instructor explained everything well and made it understandable and applicable.
