Katie is very personable and engaging. She did a great job of taking the various skill levels of the students and bringing them all to a starting level and then kept everyone on track so the class moved along quickly, with minimal downtime waiting for students to catch up. She has a fun personality, with the right amount of humor and still kept everyone on schedule. Katie was able to field numerous questions over the two days that were in addition to the class content. She showed how versatile Excel is and that there are several ways to accomplish the same task. It is a class that all levels can benefit from - sworn/civilian, low/high ranking.Excellent class - I will gladly recommend others to attend.

Excel is not an easy subject to teach and I felt the teacher was very engaging and kept me wanting to follow and learn more! I received a lot of great information and loved the workbook for future help!

This was one of the best trainings I have been to in a long time!! Katie was a great teacher and held everyone's attention. The class was great!!

I found it difficult to keep up with the pace of the class when we covered charting and Pivot tables because everyone in the class was using a different version of Excel. I felt it would have dragged out the class longer if I would have asked the instructor to wait and slow down because I was lost. It was the last topic covered and is in the book. I'm sure I can go back and try to figure it out with a hammer at a later date. 😉 Thank you.
