Was awesome learned so much in just 16 hours!!! I think a 3 day course would be better.

Kathleen was very knowledgeable and taught a great class. I was self teaching myself and this class definitely taught me a lot. She was able to answer the questions that I came up and even took some time to go over the project I was working on during a break. GREAT INSTRUCTOR.

I loved that this class was just as it said for law enforcement usage it was very helpful I came back to work and recommended that all should take it! Katie was awesome as a teacher too very relaxed and helpful!

Heard this class was invaluable to other analysts in my unit that had taken it before me. I learned at least 5 new simple little tricks within the first half of the first day that made it worth the time and money to me! Katie was a fantastic instructor and was enjoyable to listen and follow along with. Thanks so much for a great course!

Good course, but a little basic for an analyst. Would like to have gone more in depth into Excel.

Katie is very professional, energetic and competent. One of the best classes ever! Wish I could have her back for a block on Pivot tables specific to agency needs.
