I feel that the instructor was awesome especially at the fact that right way she new all of the students by name and where they were sitting. The instructor has great knowledge of the EXCEL program. The material presentation was great and I walked away with more information on how to use the Excel Spreadsheet Software.

I was MOST interested in the linking portion of training, but VERY LITTLE time was spent on that because instructor had to rush to catch flight... Other than that, the information was quite good to have.

I have applied some of the things learned in the class and has helped me tremendously.

Could easily be turned into 3 or 4 days. I would have like more time on each topic.

Awsome instructor.

Instructor was rushed at the end of the last day due to time constraints with travel. As a result, there was not much time to cover 2 important topics (charts & graphs and importing/exporting) both of which I use in my current position. The class would have benefited greatly from the 3 day course - 2 days to cover the vast amount of information and the 3rd day to put it all together through practical exercises. The instructor was wonderful. Due to the many benefits of Excel, she took time to streamline the course to what the class really needed to know and would use in their daily jobs. The templates were an added bonus. I have already used some of the many shortcuts I learned. I look forward to taking future courses through Police Technical.

This was a fabulous class. Would have liked to attend a three day class. It contains a lot of useful information and more hands on practice time would have been great. Amy was a hoot and everyone enjoyed her personality. I would have liked a better location as the site was "in the middle of nowhere", but overall, a fabulous experience. Thank you. I strongly recommend this class for anyone who uses Excel from the most basic functions to the "expert" in the room.

Went way to fast for me. I have no experience in excel so I do not know how to start of from a blank field. However, awesome instructor! Despite my lack of experience with excel I was STILL able to learn. Police officer for 20 years, batchelors degree, and this instructor was in the top 4 EASILY! Great INSTRUCTOR!

The class was very informative and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in learning how to use Excel for police work. Amy Kupiszewski is a very knowledgeable instructor, fun and I felt engaged in the class. I found that all the information that she passed on could be used in my current position and any others within the police department. I have all ready used her training in several of the Excel spreadsheet that I use and have shown other coworkers some of the training that we received.

The instructor was great and made learning about Excel very easy.

Excellent class. Well taught. Actually learned more than I had expected to prior to going into the class. However, I did get lost/confused a little due to rushing through some of the materials towards the end.

Great course. I use Excel daily and learned new material.

The course itself is very boring by nature but the instructor did an excellent job at keeping our attention. She used examples and information that pertained to the job. Facility was very clean and nice. Only complaint is that if you leave the building for any reason (lunch, cell phone use, or even go to vending machines in the lobby), it was difficult to find somebody to let you back inside.

Amy was a very good instructor. She kept the class interesting and possessed a very good knowledge of the subject material that she was teaching. I considered myself to be better than average in the use of excel prior to the class. Although there is a lot to learn still, this class gave me an understanding of excel that will save time and ultimately make my job easier and my performance more effective.

1 & 3 POWER POINT & VISUAL AIDS were good, BUT the facility utilized for the training had a low ceiling which required the use of a small screen for the Power Point. Much of the Power Point was not visible to anyone not seated in the front row. 2. TRAINING MATERIALS--The manual provided was pretty good, but some material covered by the instructor was not in the manual. The manual overall would benefit from more examples and more details in those examples. Otherwise, course was great. Amy is an outstanding instructor!
