Videos on the first day of class had no audio. Aside from couple minor technical issues with the webinar, the training was good.

While overall the course was beneficial, I believe the format is wrong for this type of instruction. This class should be held in person as it is one that would be far more beneficial with interaction between the instructor and attendees. Typing questions or comments into a box is no substitute for face to face instruction.
