Information on day one was extremely basic and could have been deduced from anyone with any type of basic knowledge in communications or law enforcement. The course seemed to be taught at a beginners level, although each attendee had experience and some even extensive experience on the matter. More expert level material would be appreciated or at least marketing the course as a novice level course would be more appropriate. A lot of spelling errors in Powerpoint presentation. Day two, videos and phone call from previous informant was effective and provided a welcome break to the monotony of reading off slides. Instructor was knowledgeable and had an obvious passion for the material. Information regarding free and loaner resources was extremely helpful.

Overall course was good. Would of preferred to have been able to see the instructor as well as other attendees as this would have prompted class participation.

Coach the CI before hand to prepare them on the training. More time on case law or specific cases presented but barely covered. Also, proof read the slides, multiple typos noticed throughout.
