Excellent class, with a great presentation, considering it had to be done via Webinar. Only suggestions is maybe making the class 1 whole day, then the half. I would have liked to keep learining.

Wish the class was longer to learn additional training from this instructor. SGT Isaacs is an expert and having 2 days with someone with that amount of knowledge just isn't enough and would love to spend additional time learning more from him.

I would like a video resource of the steps taken in Excel because I will most likely forget some of them and will need a resource to fall back on. The trainer was helpful and said he would get one to me. Great Training overall and the Trainer did great.

I found the course extremely beneficial and I learned a lot. The instructor was very knowledge on cellphone investigation. Instructor Isaacs kept the class engaged and was available for questions with students. One negative of the course is that I found that 2 day 4.0 hour blocks for this course was very short for the material provided via the manual. I thought that this course could probably be 3-5 days due to the level of material that was not covered in the course. Overall though I enjoyed the course and would attend another class taught by Isaacs in the future.

Course material was well presented and the instructor was very knowledgeable in the subject. The use of Excel was a challenge since I have not used the program in many years. While the instructor did a good job of walking us through the example CDR and applying it to Excel, I believe a handout or guide to Excel given out prior to the course would have been beneficial. There were several students in the class that struggled with Excel due to lack of experience with it. Despite the troubles with Excel, I learned quite a bit in the course and will apply it to my future investigations.

On both days, the instructor stayed late to make sure everyone attending understood the material and answered questions. The instructor was very knowledgeable about the material and it was very easy to follow along in the class. Thank you
