Instructor was very knowledgeable and helped me better understand how to read and review records received from Tower Dumps/CDR etc and also helped me better understand how to be proficient in utilizing excel when reviewing said records. Highly recommend this class and instructor.

This is a great course. I think it would be more beneficial if we had the ability to see a chat with the class instead of only communicating directly with the instructor only. I did not have the ability to speak as I was in a loud office. Other than that, this was a great course. I think in person would have been even better but still beneficial virtually.

The class focused a lot on the excel graphing. Wished there was more time or more examples to use for locating phones via phone pings from cell towers using sectoring and tower dump info
