The training and the in information provided was very useful; however, in my opinion it should be a training of more than two days.

I would have preferred to have received prior notification that we should have access to google online for mapping and access to NDCAC for cell site information prior to attending the class. Ashley was very knowledgeable and approachable. Sheriff's office personnel were friendly and helpful

Course was great and very informative. It would have been even better if we had two extra days on this course. I believe what was instructed on the two day course will help me in my organization of evidence and in my investigations.

This course required the use of Microsoft Excel, I am familiar with Excel but not a user which made the course somewhat difficult.

For having minimum skills with Excel I think I did good. For future classes please mention that we need the LATEST VERSION OF EXCEL this way we all can be on the same page. I was lost because my laptop had the 2007 version. Overall I think this class is AWESOME!

A 3 day course would have been helpful. First day as an Excel crash course, and 2 days of cell mapping. Instructor was great.

I would like to have had more hands on training in mapping the cell sites as it is difficult to watch someone do it then try it yourself. To go and do it again the next day to be familiar with it. I understand it is difficult with the time allotted for the class however that is probably the most important part. Class maybe needs to be three days.

I like that it focused on how to read the records and not just how to plug it into a program and let the program do the work for you. They way we learned it, we could do it without the software to map.

Course was presented on a television monitor. From where I was sitting, I could not read what was on the screen. The instructor made it easier to understand and was able to get the information from the instructor rather than the screen.
