Great class.

It appears this training is appropriate for police departments and their PC. However, being with probation, I can see where it will help us identify violations. The class was very good...although, parts were complicated (Excel).

The instructor was excellent. He was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but remained patient with people like me who do not have a working knowledge of Microsoft excel. My agency uses cell hawk so I probably will not use this info that much, but it was still beneficial to my overall education on the subject.

This was a great course. Ashley did an awesome job presenting the materials and his knowledge of cell phone mapping was phenomenal. Ashley took the time to get the whole class on track and even helped me after class to work on an actual case. I would suggest having all students take a prerequisite course on EXCEL spreadsheet. Working with formulas on Excel was the most difficult part of the class, just because I have never really used EXCEL.

It would be great to have a secondary or advanced class on this topic with some real world or hands on training involved, or even lengthen the class by a day. A lot of info crammed into two days.

Make the class 3 days and do more hands on scenarios.

I believe this was very valuable training. The instructor was great and very knowledgeable in this field. I felt the training was good however it seemed to be a very expensive lesson on Microsoft Excel.

Ashley was a great instructor, he helped to make the process of analyzing cell phone data so much easier. He was very engaging and taught in a manner that even the most basic user could catch on. Would happily take another course from him.

This course was a great course to understand Excel for its uses in mapping and then how to simply create maps from that data.

Excellent course overall. Ashley was very knowledgeable in the subject area and I have now have much more confidence in my abilities. My only complaint is the geographic location. I am from Los Angeles County and I hope to see classes in southern California in the future considering there is a large market for your product. I understand it is extremely difficult to add a location for your schedule but I believe it would be well attended considering the volume of law enforcement in this area. That being said, WSIN was an excellent host and we were all well taken care of during the course. Thank you for the invaluable information. You are enabling all of us to be better crime fighters!

Ashley did a great job in presenting the information in a way that everyone could understand and follow along, from the not so technical people (cops) to the fast learners (analysts).

Having a remote for the PPT would be good. Also, some people need to actually go through the steps as the instructor is - rather than the just watch approach and then you can do it.

This class was excellent. Not only did I learn an efficient way to map cell activity, but I also learned very useful tips in Excel. The pace of the class was perfect!

Very good course.

This class was extremely helpful for me, and covered the topic very well. I feel much more comfortable in understanding and translating CDRs now.
