The material presented was helpful in understanding the Call Data Records received from phone companies. However, never having before used Excel, I struggled with the steps needed to analyze the data. For me and my learning style, I felt that more time, (repetition), needed to be spent on the steps used to analyze the data using Excel.

Great class! I would have liked more hands on examples but I know the time was limited. An updated manual would also be nice.

Good class. Felt like we could have skipped or abbreviated some of the case reviews and spent more time doing some repetition to get more proficient at this. Very good info, but I know I'll have questions now!

The instructor kept the class engaged and he was a very good speaker.
