Overall class was good but maybe needs to include more tutorials in Microsoft excel (funtions & formulas). A lot of information packed into 2 day. I hope I get to put this training to work in the future.

James Isaacs was a knowledge and passionate instructor. His experience level and expertise was readily apparent. He was willing to delve into the details of "why" and "how" something works in cell site analysis and mapping. I learned a lot of useful info and techniques that I will take back to my agency and employ. Terrific course, well-developed and executed.

James is a great instructor and very knowledgeable about the topic. I didn't realize how proficient in Excel you needed to be in order to keep up in the course. My level of expertise in using Excel was not up to par with the rest of the class. I know the class flyer stated Excel, Word, etc... would be used but I think you should add that the student should have a very good grasp of these tools before taking the course. I did gain useful knowledge from the class and would recommend it.

James was an outstanding instructor. He was knowledgeable on the subject matter and his experience in its practical application showed. He was professional, courteous and took the time to make sure the class was getting the most out of the training we paid for. He called individuals by name and included them into the training. I would highly recommend this course to others in law enforcement. Top quality class, instructor and company.
