The material was well paced and well presented. The video supplements were timed appropriately and added to the content. Overall the course was well worth it. The instructor was outstanding, offered ongoing assistance and went above and beyond to make sure to include everyone in the course content. He is an outstanding asset to your team. Well done!

The location of the training left a lot to be desired. The instructor was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the course. I would look forward to attending another training that David Ferris was conducting.

Although the hotel itself was very nice and newer, it was in a very questionable neighborhood....

I wasn't impressed with the location for this class. I can't tell you how many times we were approached by homeless people for money while trying to go get lunch. Overall, the class was very good, just would have liked a better location.
