This course was beneficial to me because it helped understand the different techniques for cell phone mapping.

This was a well run course. The instructor knew what he was talking about and the course flow was really run well. Would love to take a course like this in the future on products that are available to analyst that we may not know about. This information is already being used on my cases that I have requested information on and I am able to provide that information to agents in the field.

There was a lot of information I wasn't quite ready for, but the instructor had no problem bringing his instruction to our level, and brought us up to speed. Very knowledgeable about the subject matter.

Class seemed to get of to slow start but built momentum. This is the second class that I've taken where an instructor has a flight the same afternoon as the last class day. Not a good idea or practice.
