Enjoyed the training and experience. I was experiencing technical issues and the instructor was patient. I was still able to learn and move on with the class and the materials that were provided.

The Student Manual needs work. It doesn't go into enough detail in some areas to provide the ability to walk back through the techniques taught in class.
