The course was well-organized and provided valuable insight into online undercover operations. The material on persona development and digital safety protocols was especially useful. Instructor Lucia demonstrated strong command of the subject and shared practical examples that will directly assist with future undercover chats. Highly recommend this training for investigators working ICAC or online solicitation cases.
