I thoroughly enjoyed participating in this training course. The program provided valuable, practical tools tailored to the unique data and reporting needs of public safety professionals. One aspect I especially appreciated was the instructor’s supportive and inclusive teaching style—she never singled anyone out, but focused on assisting the group as a whole; ensuring that everyone understood the material we were reviewing before moving on to the next topic.
