She is very knowledgeable and presents the information in a way that is easy to learn. Giving us the materials and PowerPoint so that we can go back to our desk and work through it again is so very helpful!! Great class and great instructor!

This was a very informative class. Not only did I learn about data mapping, but I learned exactly how I could use it in my day to day work. The instructor was interesting and enthusiastic. NOT boring! Thank you Nicole!

The class was very informative. It built on the previous classes and allowed for us to use the knowledge in practical exercises. I appreciated being able to bring in real case examples to see how it can be used in our daily duties.
