This is actually my second time taking this course. I originally took it back in 2021 in preparation of transitioning to use OneNote. I had zero knowledge then. As with all MS products things evolve and change. We are 100% using it for our case mgt, but aware that we were under using all of the capabilities. This course offered a lot of little details that can be just too much for a first time user.
I am certainly glad to have taken it again, because so much more made sense of what was probably talked about in the first course.
