Day one mainly consisted of operation security. I think this should be shortened to allow for more pertinent material. On the handout that was given, it was nice to see all the sources the trainer recommended. However, a lot of them did not work for me or required payment when the class was told it was free. I would not recommend the class unless it was structured differently, providing more material, examples, case examples and extending the duration of the class to allow for more quality in the training.

This is actually my second time taking this course. I originally took it back in 2021 in preparation of transitioning to use OneNote. I had zero knowledge then. As with all MS products things evolve and change. We are 100% using it for our case mgt, but aware that we were under using all of the capabilities. This course offered a lot of little details that can be just too much for a first time user. I am certainly glad to have taken it again, because so much more made sense of what was probably talked about in the first course.
