Very informative class. He was patient with the students and took time to show one on one when anyone was having difficulty learning something. He interacted well with the class.

The course did not go along with the handout. Participants were unable to take notes in the handout for later reference. (And there was no time to take notes, due to the fast pace of the instructor because of all the material he had to cover). At times it was hard to follow along due to watching up on the screen and trying to keep up on our computers, it was easy to get lost looking back and forth due to the fast pace. It made it very stressful and frustrating. With that being said, the content was really useful and the instructor was very friendly and helpful.

I thought the content of this training was very useful and was right on target with the audience. I have already used portions of what I learned in my daily job. The instructor was very knowledgeable and willing to assist with questions at all times.
