Peggy was an excellent instructor; she easily translated her in-depth knowledge and experience to the content that was being presented. By infusing examples on cases she worked with the material, I was able to make a better connection of how relevant the material would be to me. I found her presentation style to be engaging and it kept my attention throughout the class.

there was a lot of information to cover in the two days and sometimes it got a little confusing. The second day was better as there was more engagement and it made the course more lively.
