For training new detectives, I would likely not send them to the class but rather have someone that attended teach them how to use the program. However, for a different group of people, thinking of different applications such as a group of supervisors from various agencies interested in a system for managing a regional shoot team, I would recommend they attend the class together to see the capabilities of the program. The interaction with the instructor would be very useful in that circumstance.

Good introduction class for OneNote. The only change I would make is providing students with realistic examples to structure their OneNote Notebooks off of. IE - provide them with a real or mock case and how it is set up in a Notebook. This way, students can take something back to their agencies with them and duplicate (or modify) the structure of the Notebook to fit their needs. The class is very expensive for the basic-user level knowledge being taught. I think the class is beneficial but would suggest a reduced price. Instructor was great and knowledgeable. It was clear OneNote has been beneficial in his cases.

Great course and material. I think it will be a great way to keep my cases organized and give my supervisor the ability to check in on cases.
