Although I started learning and using One Note about a year ago, it was all self taught and using internet videos. This class far exceeded my expectations and gave me tools that I started using immediately... Fantastic!

The knowledge of the instructor was great. It would have been nice to have a workbook to work through the different tasks and commands rather than taking notes while trying to follow the instructor. there was a guide book but he jumped around and could not keep up in book with instructors steps.

I always enjoy training with Chris. He clearly knows his topics and has great passion for passing along his expertise. I really appreciate that he builds in "work time" into the class so that I can take a few minutes and work through what he has just taught with my own data.

I thought Chris was such a wonderful instructor and was impressed by how hands on he was. He made sure we knew how to perform the tasks he was teaching us, which was very helpful.

I think it was a great beginning course which is what I needed. Chris was personable and the hands on was appreciated.

Chris did a good job. I don't think my agency will be able to use OneNote as instructed due to computer security restrictions from neighboring agencies. It is important to be familiar with.

I've taken other Police Technical classes with Chris. He is always prepared and thorough in his teaching. I would recommend both Chris and Police Technical to coworkers and associates.
