The instructor was a last minute fill in and it showed. The PowerPoint & manual (from 2015) were very old and outdated. There were a lot of videos played to fill the time that didn't have anything to do with the training.

Though this class did cover some basic information on social media, it really wasn't as intensive as I thought it would be for a two day class. Further, the booklet we were given is dated 2015; which is basically ancient in technology terms. The instructor, however, was awesome. He was engaging and gave real world implications and examples.

Overall, this course was disappointing to me and I didn’t benefit much from it. Original course dates changed from 09/03 and 09/04 to 09/16 and 09/17 and we had to shift schedules to meet the new dates so we would not have to cancel. Course instructor was changed from what was originally set up. On original course instruction sheet, under materials required, listed as a laptop, which everyone brought and it was never used in class. (I personally purchased a new laptop because I didn’t have one with a keyboard that worked) Instructor was very fowl mouthed. I found that unprofessional, distasteful and unnecessary. Instructor was clearly un-prepared, off task and asked the class what they wanted covered. Instructor flew thru the power-point slides on hand, stated course material outdated. The course instruction booklet received was dated 2015 on the front cover, so it may clearly be outdated. I personally won’t recommend this class to anyone. Instructor was courteous, well dressed and on time.
