This course was small in participant size which made it really interactive and beneficial. The instructor was very knowledgeable and practical.

The instructor provided lots of resources and information, with practical hands on scenarios and discussion points. I especially enjoyed the case law examples as they will help me to advocate for new/updated policies in our department.
