Thank you for the great class. We did not sign up for the social media course and was confused on the material, but Jim was a great resource on social media.

I think it would be beneficial to speak more on FIAO and some of the other legality in relation to PIO.

Most of the course seemed to be surface-level social media suggestions instead of more advanced PIO information like I expected. The instructor was great, but a lot of the material felt redundant, like we were going over examples of social media posts to fill up time. The best parts of the course were when we were either taking turns drafting our responses to certain situations or going over anything not related to social media.
Being as there are other courses on social media engagement offered, I expected this course to be more geared toward different PIO related subjects. I would love to see something more along the lines of practical course work instead of revisiting examples of social media posts.

The call was overall average. The format of webinar is always difficult to engage student interaction. The social media portion was informative, the instructor gave feedback of each agencies current social media and how to improve. I would like to have had more information on the PIO material. Also make any examples that are covered in the presentation available to share with the class in a downloadable format.
