We use Excel a lot, however learned a lot of tricks I will take back to my agency.

As I stated in my previous evaluation, this instructor was incredibly enthusiastic about the topic and related subjects such as importing/exporting data to other programs, new features in current versions of Excel, and even the differences between all the iterations of MS Excel over time. One of the few criticisms I have is about the handouts --and this was not the instructor's fault at all; the training facility distributed some copies of an older handout for this class (2018 vs 2019) so a few attendees (including myself) were given a handout that was off compared to the newer version. Thankfully, the instructor was more than willing to provide us with portions from her presentation after the class was concluded so all was well. This instructor tackled any question regardless of knowing the answer or not; and she would research those unanswered questions during breaks if needed.

The instructor during the two days training was able to teach us from the very simple to very sophisticated capability of Excel program. She demonstrated a huge knowledge in the Excel program and was able to keep all student attention.

This course gave me a way for implementation of data-and analysis-driven law enforcement data, and in excel I can now apply learned research strategies.
