Some of the students may complain about the instructors knowledge of the different Excel versions and I would like to say it is not fair to expect instructors to be familiar with the various versions. Katherine did an excellent job and was able to find answers when she needed to.

Excellent course and fantastic instructor. As a novice Excel user, I am still learning Excel after this class...but more importantly, I have very good tools at my disposal to refresh my memory. This class could easily have gone for a full training week; Katie did an excellent job in relating the information to police work. Thank you!

I considered myself an intermediate user of Excel prior to attending this class. The class was hands-on (a must), and provided great supporting training documentation. The instructor was great! I would like all of my staff to attend to learn all the tips and tricks to navigate excel more efficiently.

I completed a similar survey upon completion of the course, while at the training facility. I am disappointed that I now have to complete another to get my certificate, that is not professional.

This was a very practical and excellent course. I knew virtually nothing about Excel, and now I can operate it with confidence, or easily experiment with it to look for information that will assist in fugitive, sex offender, and missing children investigations. It will also assist with general management and finances.
