Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the fields of public safety and Excel. Even better, she has the ability to use both to make learning Excel a lot of fun. I highly recommend her as an instructor for Excel!

I never thought I would be able to enjoy taking a class on Excel. Amy made the class interesting and fun. The material was easy to grasp and I came away with confidence in my Excel knowledge. I have already used several of the formulas and functions I learned in the class in just the day after completing the course.

Amy did a wonderful job keeping us awake throughout this training, she was very clear and knowledgeable on the subject. The only thing I believe needs improvement is the manual.

Amy was awesome! She had an amazing memory for names and a very fun, entertaining teaching style that made what could have been deadly dry material enjoyable and less intimidating.

Would be nice if just had a Basic class for Excel for those who need just the basic needs and then provide at a later date a Moderate class and then an Advanced.

I can't say enough good things about Amy as an instructor. She had a full class with skill levels ranging from absolute beginner to advanced, yet managed to teach an extensive amount of material in just 16 hours. She was incredibly clear and easy to follow, so she didn't have to spend a lot of class time repeating things or getting the beginning students caught up to where we were. If only every future instructor I have would be half as knowledgeable and half as good at teaching as her, I'd be happy.
