This is actually my second time taking this course. I originally took it back in 2021 in preparation of transitioning to use OneNote. I had zero knowledge then. As with all MS products things evolve and change. We are 100% using it for our case mgt, but aware that we were under using all of the capabilities. This course offered a lot of little details that can be just too much for a first time user. I am certainly glad to have taken it again, because so much more made sense of what was probably talked about in the first course.

All great information, this course should be a full two days though, a lot of material had to be skipped due to time restraint, and from the brief time we were able to go over it seemed like it would be helpful to have, bummed to not get all the slides. Instructor did a great job with the time allowed, and the mass amount of material
