Course
Designed to assist agency’s grow, develop and manage their analytical services division. Whether an agency has a single staff member tasked with DOJ reporting or an active staff of real-time analysts, this course provides the road map to furthering the value of law enforcement analytics. Core interactive learning will provide the student with proven and tested principals, case examples applications, and established and productive methods. Personnel will gain practical knowledge which will assist with crime analysis and tactical case support, and will also acquire a roadmap to further develop their department’s analytical services division. This course is appropriate for active analytical personnel and their supervisors.
Who should attend this Course?
This course is designed for all personnel tasked to analytical or case support units, including Analysts, Supervisors, Managers, and Criminal Case Support Personnel. Attendees are not required to be sworn personnel, but MUST work within a law enforcement environment.

LaTeisha Mosquera
LaTeisha A. Mosquera has been employed in the law enforcement field for eighteen years. In her current role as the Criminal Intelligence Director, Mrs. Mosquera works to ensure the agency’s mission is to provide timely response to the community. She works to ensure community information is turned into timely intelligence for deployment of accurate resources for the citizens. Her day-to-day work ensures that she bridges the gap between the community and law enforcement.
LaTeisha Mosquera is a recent Graduate of Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She earned her certificate for Senior Executives in State and Local Government. She also graduated in May 2022 from Northwestern University’s Executive Management Program. She is 2018 Graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command. She is currently pursuing her degree in Forensic Psychology.
LaTeisha is currently employed with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office in Augusta, Georgia. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is the largest full-service agency in the State of Georgia. Where she serves in dual roles as the Criminal Intelligence Director and the Records Bureau Director. She is one of twenty in leadership roles on the Sheriff’s Command Staff. She brings the millennial-mindset to this agency and Command Staff which encourages an understanding to the how and why some of the fledgling personnel address and overcome issues today. She also instructors a three-part series for leadership personnel in her agency with hopes to guiding them along the road for success not only in their careers, but their personal lives.
At the beginning April of 2022, LaTeisha began hosting two-day retreat seminars for all leadership personnel with the rank of Corporal or above leading up to the Sheriff. During these seminars she instructs and has open dialog with personnel regarding leadership, accountability, and engagement. She leads the personnel on different difficult topics, but incorporates roleplaying, scavenger hunts, escape rooms, and axe throwing to give leadership the opportunity develop not only their leadership, but their interpersonal skills.
LaTeisha founded the Augusta GIVING BACK program which aimed at deterring gun crimes in the Augusta community. This program offers services to victims and offenders associated with gun crimes. The services range from substance abuse, mental health, educational, medical, parenting, etc. Through this program individuals are afforded the specific services to ensure they are a productive citizen and not a victim to their circumstances.
