Mr. Winslow is an accomplished law enforcement analyst and trainer with 8 years of experience including tactical, criminal, and strategic analysis, supporting a major metropolitan police department, assisting numerous other local, state and federal agencies towards the analysis and resolution of criminal matters ranging from crimes against property to terrorism.
Mr. Winslow’s practical knowledge and application of his analytical skills have positioned him as a “go-to” resource for a variety of analytical issues. Formally educated in analysis, and a certified AZ POST Trainer, Mike quickly was recognized as a leader in his department (Chief’s Award of Excellence, Phoenix Police Department) rising to recognition as a state and regional leader as the current President of the Arizona Association of Crime Analysts.
Mr. Winslow has provided training and insight to personnel in a wide variety of software applications, including BAIR Analytics ATAC Workstation, and IBM’s i2 Analysts Notebook.
